Schedule an Introductory Session

An Introductory Session provides an overview of the Creighton Model System in a 1-hour presentation with a FertilityCare Practitioner, allowing an additional 30 minutes for questions. If you decide you would like to continue learning after the Introductory Session, you can sign up for your first follow-up session and receive your charting materials.
